WILDWOOD LAMPS & ACCENTS, INC.
This WILDWOOD LAMPS & ACCENTS, INC. product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year. WILDWOOD will repair or replace (at its option) at no charge, any part (s) found to be defective during the warranty period. If warranty repairs necessitate return of the product to WILDWOOD, transportation to and from WILDWOOD will be the responsibility of the customer.
The warranty does not cover accident, misuse, fire, flood or other Acts of God, damage caused by improper installation, improper or unauthorized repair, normal aging of brass parts, normal wear and tear, and constructions and artistic aberrations normally incident to handcrafted wares. This warranty is valid only on products purchased and used in the United States of
America and Canada. THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING THAT OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE
PERIOD OF ONE YEAR. IN NO INSTANCE SHALL WILDWOOD BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF THE LOSS OR DAMAGE IS CAUSED BY WILDWOOD’S NEGLIGENCE OR FAULT. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply to you. WILDWOOD MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THAT OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO ANY LIGHT BULB(S) PROVIDED WITH THE PRODUCT. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
